Standard Service Call - Includes diagnostic, repair, and maintenance. Cleaning, tightening, lubrication, and any repairs needed without part replacement is covered in our standard service call. This service does not cover part cost or part replacement labor.
Preventative Maintenance Program – This will save you money down the road by extending the life of your equipment. With preventative maintenance you can double the life of your equipment by reducing friction and wear on moving parts. Protect your equipment and your investment with one of our Preventative Maintenance plans.
Annual - This home exercise equipment maintenance service includes cleaning, tightening, lubrication, and any repairs needed without part replacement. This specific service does not cover part cost or part replacement labor. If a technician cannot repair your unit without replacing parts, we will supply you with an estimate for the parts, shipping, and labor cost of those parts.
Biannual - This service will include Preventative Maintenance every six months. It should be noted that part failures may still occur, but not to worry—repairs are our specialty, and you will receive free diagnostic visits with this service. This service does not cover part cost or part replacement labor.
The following maintenance will be performed at every home fitness equipment repair service in Central Florida.
Treadmills – The walking belt will be realigned, tightened, lubricated, and checked for wear. Front and rear rollers will be checked for debris build up and abnormal sounds. Front casing will be removed, and we will vacuum and wipe down internal casing. Electrical connections are checked to make sure they are secure and functioning. Bolts and screws will be inspected and tightened, if necessary. The motor belt is assessed for proper tension and wear. All components are calibrated to manufacturer’s specifications. A full diagnostic will be performed to discover any other problems or noises that may be found.
Ellipticals/Exercise Bikes - We will remove the covers, vacuum, and clean the interior of the machine. Lubricating any joints and ramps, if applicable. Bolts and screws will be inspected and tightened, if necessary. Electrical connections are checked to make sure they are secure and functioning. The drive belts are assessed for proper tension and wear. A full diagnostic will be performed to discover any other problems or noises that may be found.
